Following this Test match, a three-match ODI series between India and Afghanistan is scheduled to begin on June 13 in Dharamshala. However, Team India has suffered a major setback ahead of this series: star batter Virat Kohli has been ruled out of the ODI series due to an injury.
Yashasvi Jaiswal Named as Virat Kohli’s Replacement for ODI Series

On Saturday, the BCCI’s Senior Men’s Selection Committee officially announced that Yashasvi Jaiswal has been added to the squad as a replacement for the injured Virat Kohli for the upcoming ODI series against Afghanistan.
Currently, Jaiswal is part of the playing XI for the ongoing one-off Test match against Afghanistan. However, he failed to play a substantial innings on the first day of the match; he scored 24 runs off 32 balls before being caught out off the bowling of Mohammad Saleem Safi.
