Reason Behind Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s Mysterious Celebration
During the series Vaibhav had celebrated in two different ways:
- ‘A’ Shape Celebration: After the first fifty, Vaibhav had celebrated by forming an ‘A’ shape with his hands.
- Double Thumbs-Up Celebration: In the second celebration, he made a thumbs-up gesture with both hands.
Fans were curious to know what the ‘A’ sign means and who is the brain behind this style.
“Celebration Dedicated to My Mother” – Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Opens Up
During an interview with BCCI, Vaibhav lifted the curtain on his celebration. He explained that he dedicated the celebration of the ‘A’ shape to his mother.
Meanwhile, he credited his second celebration to the team’s senior player Rinku Singh. Vaibhav said:
“I did my first celebration for my mother. While the second (double thumbs-up) celebration was decided after talking to Rinku Bhaiya.”
Further speaking on his brilliant fifty, this young batsman said:
“I dedicate this half-century of mine to my family, my coaches and all those who supported me through every good and bad time of my career.”
